Another birthday – snails and sunflowers!

My birthday, in Paris, a day after the closing ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, was relaxing: breakfast at La Coupole, a wander around the serene Luxembourg Garden, a hello to Lady Liberty, and lunch of escargot! 

 

There were birthday wishes from around the globe, with the feet of the women Olympic marathoners from my sister in Australia, and a special golden wish from my uncle in Berlin – the dancer from the closing ceremony.
