In these strange and powerful times – while we are all coming to terms with cultural, economic, environmental, political, and health crises throughout the world, I spent December 2020 in a virtual “re-wilding” retreat.
The virtual retreat “Wild and Awake” was hosted by Kari Van Tine. It was a re-wilding and consciousness growth retreat connecting with self and nature.
Kari Van Tine, based in Maine and Hawaii, gathered together a panel of visionaries and teachers – some writers, healers, doctors, shamans, artists, therapists, and deep nature lovers. The retreat covered the whole month of December with one hour a day, during the week, of a video discussion between Kari Van Tine and her guest or guests of the day. It presents the ‘wisdom and vision’ of over 20 people.
Collectively holding the vision that when we expand our consciousness, or the way we think, we move forward with more resources and tools. We live our lives with much more possibility and joy.
Kari Van Tine created the “Wild and Awake” retreat from a desire to impact and offer support to people to have a conscious year in 2021 and onwards.
She invites all of us, in 2021, to ‘be gentle and curious with yourself.’
