The 11th edition of the world's first online French-speaking film festival is still open until February 15.
The festival's International Jury, composed of Monia Chokri, Franco Lolli, Mounia Meddour, Gianfranco Rosi, and Rosali Varda declared the MyFrenchFilmFestival open.
The concept of the festival is simple: 33 films are available for one month on 60 online platforms, with free viewing in many countries.
The film selection in 2021 is organized around themes that reflect the diversity and vitality of French-language cinema.
Forever Young – Coming-of-age stories about young people and the transition from adolescence to adulthood.
Crazy Loving Families – Moments of humour, tenderness, and complicated family situations.
Through heartrending, explosive, and unique portraits, True Heroines celebrates female figures – women and girls who take full control of their destiny.
French Ghost Stories offers a panorama of ghostly tales à la française.
On the Road evokes the migration of women and men portrayed in the cinema, as they flee international conflicts.
The Love is Love section is a documentary and three short films that question love in all its shapes and forms.
Kids Corneris for youngest friends and family members with animated shorts with no dialogue.
New Horizons invites people to discover new forms of images, new models of artistic creation and innovation in current French cinema.
