La Coupole American Bar and Restaurant on the Boulevard du Montparnasse in Paris has distinctive art deco lighting. La Coupole was established in 1927 and retains a lot of its original architecture and interior design.
Today, 22 September 2021, additional lights were turned on, making a significant difference to the brightness of the large area. New ceiling lights were installed. Small down lights, in sets of two spaced about 2 metres apart were installed along two rows of the ceiling.
The photographs show the new down lights, as well as the existing art deco lighting.
