From 29 November 2021 to 30 January 2022, in Paris, the Jardin des Plantes and the Menagerie (the Botanical Garden and the Zoo) will hold a new immersive night walk light show, dedicated to the evolution of life. Currently, the structures are being installed in readiness for the light show.
More than a hundred new luminous structures, the result of the research and reconstruction work of the Museum of Natural History's paleontologists, represent the species that have populated the Earth over the past 600 billion years. There will be dinosaurs and other extinct species and new species of animals, as well as plants.
Evolution on the Road to Enlightenment combines art, science, and poetry with the magic of lights.
The exhibition is co-produced by the National Museum of Natural History and the China Light Festival.
