My updated website was launched today. The new look website has new
features, additional information, and is more interactive.
It continues to provide information on my consultancies and publications,
but shown in a different way with drop-down menus.
The new features include a Newsletter. It is more of a feature report than
a traditional newsletter. The first one, dated September 2016, features the
National Botanical Garden of Georgia in Tbilisi.
There is a also a section under publications about the British playwright
William Shakespeare – not only an announcement of the upcoming Shakespeare 400
Conference in Tbilisi from 22-24 September 2016 – where I will present a paper
on Shakespeare and Gerontology, but aso the previous Shakespeare 450 Conference
held in May 2014.
Why did the 2014 Shakespeare 450 Conference come before the 2016
Shakespeare 400 Conference? The Shakespeare 450 Conference marked the 450th
year since his birth in 1564. This year’s Shakespeare 400 Conference (many of
them in various cities around the world throughout 2016) commemorates the 400th
year since his death in 1616.
After the conference I’ll post a copy of the paper and the visual
presentation in PowerPoint.
Another feature includes more of my photographs taken around the world – of
people, places, nature, animals, and events.
