My 14-year-old grand-niece Pearl performed a circus act in March 2021 as part of the Fringe Festival in Adelaide, South Australia. She belongs to the South Coast Circus in South Australia.
Pearl performed on the Lyra (high ring) as Alice in Wonderland (from Lewis Carroll’s 1865 children’s book Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland). Her mother Kylie (my niece) made the costume.
