The French Football Federation (FFF) is celebrating a century of football with a free exhibition at the Arab World Institute from 10 April to 26 May 2019 called ‘FFF: 100 Years of Passion and Innovations.’
The Fédération Française de Football is the governing body of football in France. It was formed on 7 April 1919 and is based in Paris. The FFF is also a founding member of FIFA – the Fédération Internationale de Football Association.
The exhibition includes technical innovations as well as cultural and social changes throughout a hundred years of the game in France. It has a history of its directors, such as Noël Le Graët, Jules Rimet, Henri Delaunay, and Fernand Sastre, and their contributions to the federation.
It also includes unpublished documents and unusual objects from the FFF archives, exhibited for the first time.
