The College of Bernardins, Paris, is a former Cistercian college of the University of Paris. It was founded by the abbot of Clairvaux, Stephen of Lexington.
Built in the Gothic architectural style in 1248, it was the residence of the Cistercian monks (students of the University of Paris) until the French Revolution (1789-1799).
The building of the College of Bernardins was renovated in 2008 and is now a conference and cultural hall, with concerts and exhibitions, as well as housing the Catholic Academy of France.
