The Tbilisi History Museum, as part of the Georgian National Museum, is holding an exhibition called Georgia 2018. It is an exhibition of the works of the students from the Visual Arts, Architecture and Design School in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Curated by Salome Jokhadze, exhibiting their works are Anna Jibladze, Anastasia Akhvlediani, Giorgi Geladze, Knika Grzdelishvili, Mari Kalabegashvilii, Salome Chigilashvili, Salome Jokhadze, and Shotiko Aptsiauri.
The curator states that the environment we live in changes our perception of life. Georgia 2018 is an exhibition presented within the Artisterium 11/2018 exhibition. Georgia 2018 has a universal theme of the city – its traditions and its vibes.
Anna Akvlediani uses the traditonal Georgian Qvevri form and fills it with famous pop cultural symbols.
