The
Dinosaur rEvolution at the South Australian Museum is a new touring exhibition from
Gondwana Studios from 23 February to 6 May 2018. It explores dinosaurs and
their ancestors, featuring animatronics (moving dinosaurs), 3D models, murals,
and casts of fossils. Most of the exhibitions can be touched (gently), and most
of the moving dinosaurs roar!
There
are exhibitions of armoured dinosaurs, clawed dinosaurs, skulls, bird and
raptor dinosaurs, the Tarbosaurus bataar skeleton from Mongolia, a
Tyrannosaurus rex skull and animatron, horned dinosaurs (such as the Devil Horned
Face), models from America, beaked dinosaurs, and dinosaur eggs from China.
