The National Zoo and
Aquarium in Canberra, Australia, has four Red Pandas (Ailurus fulgens). Eilish and Tenzin have had two new cubs called
Tashi and Ari.
They are native
to Southeast Asia, but there are estimated to be only 2,500 left in the world.
Hence, they have been classified as endangered. They spend their day eating
leaves, because it is mostly herbivorous.
