144 steps to a beer

Up 144 steps in Narikala, near the Old City of Tbilisi in Georgia, is the OAT Gallery and Art-Cafe called 144 Steps. 

It is at the base of the Narikala Fortress on the Sololaki Range. With views overlooking Tbilisi – such as the President’s Palace, Sameba Holy Trinity Cathedral, river Mtkvari (the Kura), and the Peace Bridge – it is both beautiful and restful.
